1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers usually have fourteen days after receiving goods to withdraw from distance contracts. The withdrawal period begins the day you, or a carrier you designate, acquire physical possession of the parcel.
2. Hygiene and sealed goods
Food supplements fall under categories where safety and hygiene may limit withdrawal once the seal is broken after delivery. If the seal is intact and the packaging undamaged, you can return the item within the withdrawal period unless an exception notice was supplied at purchase.
3. Defective goods
Should a product be damaged in transit, incorrectly picked, or not as described, contact us with photos and batch numbers. We arrange replacement or reimbursement according to Finnish consumer sales law timelines, independent of the withdrawal right.
4. How to start a return
Email or message using the footer addresses, include order ID, and wait for instructions before shipping goods back. Unauthorized returns may lack tracking and delay refunds.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds use the same payment channel where technically possible. Banking intermediaries may take several business days to book credits.
6. Shipping costs
Standard outbound shipping remains non-refundable after a successful delivery unless the law requires otherwise or we shipped an incorrect item. Return shipping follows statutory allocation.
7. Territory and applicable consumer rules
Cleansevralive is established in Finland. Distance selling rules for goods, including sealed food supplements, follow EU harmonised standards as implemented locally. If you live outside the EEA, additional customs charges may apply before you receive the parcel; those are not seller margins.
